Refund Policy

The short version

Read the PDF. Try a few tips. If it doesn't earn its place on your Mac, tell us within 14 days of your purchase date and we send the $19 back. No interrogation, no hoops.

What the policy covers

• The full purchase price of TipsForYou — $19 USD, one-time payment.
• Any purchase made through our checkout, which is operated by Lemon Squeezy.
• Requests received within 14 calendar days of the date on your purchase confirmation.

Because the PDF arrives by email right after payment, we can't take it back off your hard drive. We rely on you to delete your copies once a refund is approved — see Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

1. Email beehv06@macposthub.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include your order number from the confirmation email, and the email address you used at checkout. These two details let us find the payment quickly.
3. Optional, but appreciated: one line about what fell short. It shapes the next edition of the PDF.

Timing and processing

• We reply to refund requests within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Germany time).
• Approved refunds are submitted through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
• The money returns to the original payment method — the card, PayPal account, or wallet used at checkout. We cannot redirect it elsewhere.
• How fast it lands depends on your bank or card issuer. A few business days is typical; some banks take a full statement cycle to show it.

After a refund

Once the refund is issued, the lifetime license ends. That means the copies on your devices — up to 5 while the license is active — should be deleted, along with any printouts. Fair trade: you keep your money, we keep the guide.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits on top of consumer law, never underneath it. Nothing here limits rights granted to you by applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Buyers in the European Economic Area keep their statutory protections in full. The seller is Ulrichstein-Ferienpark, Erlenweg 16, 35327 Ulrichstein-Ferienpark Burgblick, Germany, and German law applies.

Disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, write to us first. Most issues are a mismatched statement name or a duplicate click, and we can settle them in a single exchange. Formal chargebacks are handled by Lemon Squeezy under their own procedures, which is slower for both of us.
